Breakfast crêpes & chocolate crêpes

Perfect for everyday that you want to treat yourself ! with berries, maple syrup or even M&Ms !


Ingredients for 6 crêpes:

  • 1 Cup Flour

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 1/2 cup of milk (or substitute)

  • 1 Tsp of Rhum, or Orange liqueur

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

  • + butter for cooking

  • For the chocolate version, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder to the mixture and chocolate chip to taste !


Steps:

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Preheat a non stick frying pan and add enough butter to cover the surface.

  4. Using a ladle scoop part of the batter.

  5. Cook until the surface of the crêpes is not shiny anymore then flip it to cook the other side.

  6. Cook until both side are cooked and lightly browned to taste.
