Spicy, crispy, savory those potato are simply perfect to pair with a chipotle mayo.
Ingredients:
Potato wedges:
1 large potato
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 smoked paprika
salt pepper to taste
Steps :
Mix all the spices and oil in a bowl.
Add the potatoes cut in wedges.
Mix until the spice mixture is covering all the potatoes.
Add the potatoes in a cookie sheet lined with parchemin paper ensuring no potatoes are on top of an other one.
Cook in a preheated oven at 450F for 25 to 30 min.

Chipotle Mayo:
1 can of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce ( https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71NtWplOOCL._AC_SX679_.jpg )
890 ml (1 pot) of mayo
Steps:
Add all the ingredients to a culinary robot and blend until smooth.
Store in the fridge, will stay good as long as a regular pot of mayo.
