Chili potato wedges with Chipotle Mayo

Spicy, crispy, savory those potato are simply perfect to pair with a chipotle mayo.



Ingredients:

Potato wedges:

  • 1 large potato

  • 1 tsp cooking oil

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 smoked paprika

  • salt pepper to taste


Steps :

  1. Mix all the spices and oil in a bowl.

  2. Add the potatoes cut in wedges.

  3. Mix until the spice mixture is covering all the potatoes.

  4. Add the potatoes in a cookie sheet lined with parchemin paper ensuring no potatoes are on top of an other one.

  5. Cook in a preheated oven at 450F for 25 to 30 min.


Ingredients:

Chipotle Mayo:

  • 1 can of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce ( https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71NtWplOOCL._AC_SX679_.jpg )

  • 890 ml (1 pot) of mayo


Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a culinary robot and blend until smooth.

  2. Store in the fridge, will stay good as long as a regular pot of mayo.
