This pineapple fermented drink is sweet, fizzy and delicious.
Ingredients:
Skin of a pineapple
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 stick of cinnamon
2 -3 cloves (or 1/2 tea spoon of nutmeg)
2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
4 cup of water
Steps:
In a pitcher add all the ingredients
Cover with a cloth and leave on the counter room temperature for 48h
Strain and enjoy or store in the fridge for up to a few weeks.
