Tangy and full of flavor, perfect when paired with grilled cheese
Tomato soup recipe starts a 3:50
Ingredients :
1,5L of Tomato Juice (preferably homemade)
750 ml of Vegetable Broth (watch my video to know how to make it)
3 to 4 Leek
1 bulb Garlic minced
2 to 3 Shallot minced or 1 diced onion
3 to 4 Carrots diced
1 cup soup Noodle of choice
Salt Pepper
Maple Syrup (to reduce the acidity)
Additional seasoning of choice
Steps :
Cut all the veggies to desired size.
Cook the Leek till soften a little
Add carrots and celery and cook until all veggies are partially cooked.
Add the tomato juice and vegetable broth, spices, maple syrup and bring to a boil
Add the soup noodles and cook until soften.
Rectify the seasoning then serve hot.
This looks sooo good! I'll definitely have to pick the ingredients up next time I go to the store.
