Tomato and Leek Soup

Tangy and full of flavor, perfect when paired with grilled cheese
Tomato soup recipe starts a 3:50
Ingredients :
- 1,5L of Tomato Juice (preferably homemade) 
- 750 ml of Vegetable Broth (watch my video to know how to make it) 
- 3 to 4 Leek 
- 1 bulb Garlic minced 
- 2 to 3 Shallot minced or 1 diced onion 
- 3 to 4 Carrots diced 
- 1 cup soup Noodle of choice 
- Salt Pepper 
- Maple Syrup (to reduce the acidity) 
- Additional seasoning of choice 
Steps :
- Cut all the veggies to desired size. 
- Cook the Leek till soften a little 
- Add carrots and celery and cook until all veggies are partially cooked. 
- Add the tomato juice and vegetable broth, spices, maple syrup and bring to a boil 
- Add the soup noodles and cook until soften. 
- Rectify the seasoning then serve hot. 

This looks sooo good! I'll definitely have to pick the ingredients up next time I go to the store.
