Vegetarian tacos

Perfect to bring a little bit of fiesta in your plate!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Diced onion

  • 1 bulb of Garlic minced

  • 400g meat substitute

  • 1 table spoon butter

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • 2 big tea spoon cumin

  • 1 tea spoon chili powder

  • chili flakes to taste (or chipotle)

  • salt and pepper.

  • lettuce, tomato, salsa, queso

  • to garnish.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese


Steps:

  1. Cook the onion, garlic in butter.

  2. Add the meat substitute

  3. Add the seasoning, cook for 5 to 10 min.

  4. Add the wine and lower the heat.

  5. Cut the lettuce and tomato to desired size.

  6. Assemble the tacos and enjoy!!
