SO TASTY SO CHEESY SO GOOD!
Ingredients:
5 pounds of potatoes
1 cup of milk
2 cup of cheese
3/4 cup of butter
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp chives
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Thyme
Steps:
Cut and boil the potato until fork tender
While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter, add the milk and bring to a simmer.
Add the spices and cheese to the milk and butter mixture.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and mash them.
Add the cheese mixture to the potato, mix well, then add the eggs and chives.
Put in a backing dish and cook for 40 min or until crispy on top.
Potato nugget:
Mashed potato
Cheese
Flour
Egg
Panko
Steps:
Cover a piece of cheese with potato, then put in flour, egg and then panko.
Freeze for 30 min.
Cook in the air fryer for 10 min then flip, then 10 more minute.
