Spring Rolls with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Delicious refreshing recipe that is quick and simple to do !


Ingredients :

  • Carrots

  • Lettuce

  • Red Cabbage

  • Green onion

  • Cucumber

  • Green Bell Pepper

  • Shrimp / preferred protein (optional)

  • Rice Wrapper

  • Lime juice

  • Lime Zest

  • Spicy Peanut sauce from Tofu video


Steps:

  1. Cut all the veggies as small as possible, possibly using a mandoline to help.

  2. Cook the protein.

  3. Ensure that everything is ready to assemble, then in a 3 inch deep cake pan add 1 and 1/2 inch of water.

  4. Dip the rice wrapper in the water until it gains a little bit of flexibility.

  5. Then place on a plate covered with a dish cloth.

  6. Place your ingredients on once side of the wrapper (not the edge but 1 to 1/2 inch close).

  7. Start rolling starting from the closet point to you then each side, then finish it.
