Rich, Creamy, Sweet and salty.
Do half the sauce recipe if doing for 1 block of tofu, or you'll have leftovers
Ingredients:
Crispy Tofu:
1 Block of Tofu
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
Spicy korean seasoning (or any seasoning of choice)
Salt and Pepper
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
2 BIG scoop of Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tsp Garlic Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Sriracha
1 Tsp Hoisin Sauce (the blue dragon one)
2 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup of water (only put what you need)
Steps:
Tofu:
Cut the tofu in 1 inch cubes.
Season with oil, soy sauce, spices and salt and pepper.
Add in the air fryer compartment and cook at 200C for 15 min mixing every 5 min, or until crispy.
Sauce:
Mix all the ingredients together in a pan at medium heat.
Add water as needed.
Rectify the seasoning as needed.
