Crispy Tofu with Creamy Spicy Peanut Sauce

Rich, Creamy, Sweet and salty.

Do half the sauce recipe if doing for 1 block of tofu, or you'll have leftovers
Ingredients:
Crispy Tofu:
- 1 Block of Tofu 
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil 
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce 
- Spicy korean seasoning (or any seasoning of choice) 
- Salt and Pepper 
Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil 
- 2 BIG scoop of Peanut Butter 
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup 
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce 
- 2 Tsp Garlic Chili Sauce 
- 1 Tsp Sriracha 
- 1 Tsp Hoisin Sauce (the blue dragon one) 
- 2 - 3 tbsp soy sauce 
- Salt and Pepper 
- 1/2 cup of water (only put what you need) 
Steps:
Tofu:
- Cut the tofu in 1 inch cubes. 
- Season with oil, soy sauce, spices and salt and pepper. 
- Add in the air fryer compartment and cook at 200C for 15 min mixing every 5 min, or until crispy. 
Sauce:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a pan at medium heat. 
- Add water as needed. 
- Rectify the seasoning as needed.
