I've never been interested by this recipe before, but i decided to give it a go but with my own style.
Ingredients :
1 Big slice of watermelon, about 2 cups ish (you know i don't measure things XD) cut in small dice
1 can of chickpeas (which you'll season with garlic powder, onion powder (or a garlic and onion mix), Tajin, Salt, Pepper, the juice of a lime and about a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
200g of Feta cheese (i've used the reduced in fat one, cause it taste the same :D)
100g of thinly sliced prosciutto, that I've cut in even smaller pieces.
1/2 English cucumber, or whatever kind you like. Thinly sliced.
a handful of arugula, chopped roughly.
1 red onion again thinly sliced.
Steps
Cook the chickpeas until you think the are grilled enough in a pan with a little bit of oil.
Put everything together in a bowl and ENJOY! Save some for later it makes a few portion, or eat it all it's up to you !
