Crispy Vegetarian ''Chicken'' Burger in the air fryer

They are so crispy and so full of flavor, they are better than the premade chicken burger you can buy at the store!
Ingredients :
- 2 bloc of Tofu (454g each) 
- 2 & 1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs 
- 2/3 cup of Dehydrated onion and chives mixed (ratio of choice) 
- 2/3 cup of Vegetable broth 
- 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast 
- 2 Tbsp of minced ginger 
- 4 Tsp of minced garlic 
- 6 Medium eggs 
- 1 Tbsp Paprika 
- 1 Tbsp Powdered mustard 
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder 
- 2 Tbsp Oregano 
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper 
- salt pepper to taste 
- 1/4 tsp msg 
Other ingredients needed:
- Oil 
- Cornstarch 
- Burger buns 
- Chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, mayo. 
Steps:
- Add all the ingredient into a food processor and blend until you reach a granulated texture. 
- Form patties with the mixture and place them in a plate filled with cornstarch. 
- Cover the patties with cornstarch on all sides. 
- Cook in a nonstick pan on each side for a total of approximately 5 min. 
- Add into the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 10 to 15 min, flipping them every 5 min to cook evenly. 
- Serve with the chicken burger garnish of your choice !! Can be frozen and reheated in the air fryer for 10 to 15 mi.
