Colorful, tasty, and quick. perfect to bring in lunch at work or for school!
Ingredients :
900g uncooked pasta
1 celery stalk
4 pepper (color of your choice)
10 to 14 radishes
2-3 small carrots
4 green onions
1/4 toupie-style smoked ham
3 or 4 cup of Mayo
1-2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp Parsley
2 Tbsp oregano
Salt Pepper to taste
Steps :
Cook the pasta according to the packages, then put in the refrigerator to cool down.
While the pasta are cooking, cut all the vegetable in bite size or smaller.
Cut the ham in 1/2 inch cubes and cook until grilled on most sides.
Mix all the ingredients together and put to the fridge for a few hours to cool down.
Adjust the mayo level and seasoning as needed.
Mayo (1 cup) :
1 raw egg
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Cup of vegetable/canola/peanut oil
Steps mayo:
Put all the ingredient in long container like a measuring cup, that is large enough for an immersion blender. Then blend with immersion blender until it forms a thick sauce.
