This bruschetta recipe is so easy to do, perfect for a quick snack or to bring to a last minute event !! the balsamic glaze is a little more time consuming but if made before it stays good for a long time !!
Ingredients:
2 pounds of cherry tomatoes cut in halves or quarters
2 garlic cloves minced salt to taste
1/2 onion finely chopped
Fresh basil to taste, chopped finely
2 to 3 tablespoon of the oil of your choice
balsamic glaze to taste
French baguette or loaf
garlic
2 tablespoon oil
Steps:
Chop all the ingredients except the balsamic glaze and combine in a bowl.
Toast the bread at 400F until toasted 5 to 10 min.
Spread the garlic cloves on the toasted bread Add the bruschetta mixture.
Drizzle with the balsamic glaze !
