Spicy Hummus and Sundried tomato Hummus

Perfect quick snack that will taste whatever you want!
Ingredients : Spicy:
- 1 can (540 ml) chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic 
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water 
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) tahini (sesame butter) 
- 1 lemons, for the juice 
- 1 table spoon Cumin 
- 1/2 tea spoon cayenne pepper 
- 1 table spoon parsley 
Sundried tomato:
- 1 can (540 ml) chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic 
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water 
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) tahini (sesame butter) 
- 1 lemons, for the juice 
- 2 table spoon Italian seasoning 
- 1/2 tea spoon chili flakes 
- 1 cup sundried tomato 
- 1/4 cup tomato oil 
Steps :
- In a blender or food processor, purée all the ingredients until smooth. 
- If desired drizzle with olive oil. 
- Serve as a dip with plain or toasted pita bread, or even potatoes!
