Perfect quick snack that will taste whatever you want!
Ingredients : Spicy:
1 can (540 ml) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 - 3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup (125 ml) water
1/2 cup (125 ml) tahini (sesame butter)
1 lemons, for the juice
1 table spoon Cumin
1/2 tea spoon cayenne pepper
1 table spoon parsley
Sundried tomato:
1 can (540 ml) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 - 3 cloves garlic

2 table spoon Italian seasoning
1/2 tea spoon chili flakes
1 cup sundried tomato
1/4 cup tomato oil
Steps :
In a blender or food processor, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
If desired drizzle with olive oil.
Serve as a dip with plain or toasted pita bread, or even potatoes!
