flavorful, and cheesy, the perfect combo
Ingredients :
5 - 6 medium potato
2 - 3 tablespoon of salted butter
1 tsp basil, parsley, oregano, marjoram, chives, garlic powder
to taste salt, pepper
Milk (cream or milk substitute like cashew milk) added slowly approximately 1 cup)
Steps:
Peel the potato if desired
Cut the potatoes in quarters for faster cooking
In a pot add the potato and cover with cold water, salt if desired
Strain the potato, then put back in the same pot to keep as much heat as possible
Mash the potato with the butter, then add the spices and the milk and mash until the desired texture is obtained
add milk if necessary to obtain the desired texture
