Eviny's favorite sandwich, 10/10 would recommend this spicy and creamy yet crunchy chicken salad sandwich.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled, boiled will be less dry)
1/2 Cup Mayo (variable depending of the amount of chicken used)
1/4 Cup Chipotle Mayo
2 Branches of celery tinnily cut (use a mandolin or food processor)
Salt, Pepper
Steps:
Cook the Chicken.
Once the Chicken is cooked and bones are removed, add the chicken to a food processor and chop until you reach a granulated texture.
Add to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
Serve with your favorite bread. Good for 5 days in the refrigerator.
