Vegetarian ground beef


Perfect for taco, macaroni, sloppy joes, anything that you might want to use ground beef for!


Ingredients :

  • 1 bloc Tofu pressed and removed from excess water.

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Oil

  • 4 tbsp Nutritional yeast (can be found in grocery store around 9$ for like 2 cups ish)

  • 2 tsp Chili powder

  • 2 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika

  • salt pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Make a paste with the seasoning and oil.

  2. Crumble with your hand the tofu into the desired texture.

  3. Combine both together, with your hand.

  4. Cook at 400F for 25 to 30 min, mixing every 10 minutes.

  5. Store in freezer for future uses!
